be healthy, physically and mentally!

body, let's work out together..
let's try to not drinking any tea eventhough we LOVE it so much.. let's not eating meat (we don't like meat that much, do we? so it wouldn't be a big deal).. let's try to not consuming any dairy product such as milk, and not to take anything that contains milk in it (i know it's hard coz ice cream and chocolates are our energy booster hahaaa.. but we'll try, at least we try okay!)
we work on those stuffs for the beginning.. besides, let's sleep before midnite and having at least 6 hours hi-quality sleeping.. let's be nice to our eyes by not spending too much on computers, we can read comics and magz instead, how is it? ouw, not to forget static bicycle and swimming, laughing a lot and think happy all the time for our goodness! let's try body.. we can do it together!!
